Changes to T&C's as of 1st July 2026
- QLD/NSW/ACT/VIC – Most orders over $1000 ex GST will be
charged a flat shipping of $50 ex GST - SA – Most orders over $1000 ex GST will be charged a flat
shipping of $75 ex GST - TAS Metro (Hobart/Launceston/Devonport) –
freight charged at 10% of order value - Tas Country – freight charged at 15% of order value
- NT Metro (Darwin) – freight charged at 10% of order value
- NT Country – freight charged at 15% of order value
- WA Metro (Perth) – Freight will be charged at 10% of order value
- The following postcodes are included in the Metro Perth
Region: 6000 – 6032/6036/6050-6083/6090-6112/6147-6160/6162-6172. - WA – Country/Remote – Freight will be charged at
15% of order value - Backorders – minimal freight is payable on all backorders
- *Freight share costs may apply on large orders that
require palletisation or on deliveries to remote locations - Please note freight is quoted to business addresses.
Home addresses may incur additional fees - Orders under $1000 ex GST will continue to be charged
standard freight pricing. - Wholesale prices do not include GST. 10% GST applies on all products. Suggested RRP’s do include GST.
- Minimum order $300 + GST
- Credit limits are at the discretion of Annabel Trends.
- Prices, freight restrictions and minimum order amounts may be subject to change without

- Please apply for a wholesale account via
our website www.annabeltrends.com/pages/wholesale-application - Account applications are reviewed and
sent to our local Agent for Approval - Our Agents monitor area coverage,
potential crossovers and whether a region can support additional stockists - Your account may be approved with
conditions, requiring orders to be approved by your Agent due to existing
crossovers - Annabel Trends does not offer exclusivity; however, we strive to remain fair and equitable in all account approvals.
- Accounts may be declined by an Agent or Head Office if we feel our brand has suitable representation in a particular
area.
- Please note maximum credit limit on first order is $2000.
- With any first order valued over $2000, any amount over $2000 must be paid prior to dispatch.
- If paid to term (as per date shown top righthand corner of invoice), your account will automatically be placed on our standard 30 day from invoice date trade terms for future orders. If account is not paid to terms, your account will
revert to proforma (payment prior to dispatch).
- Our terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date.
- Goods supplied shall be at the risk of the purchaser, from time of delivery of the goods by the Vendor to a carrier or other person for delivery to the purchaser.
- FURTHER ORDERS will not be despatched if account is in arrears.
- Annabel Trends reserves the right to charge 2% interest per month on overdue accounts.
- Continuing to extend these agreed terms will be at the risk of having your account status revert to CASH (proforma – pay before despatch).
- Cash (Proforma) Orders will not be processed into the warehouse until payment in full has been received.
- If product paid for is not available (out of stock) at time of despatch, your
account will register a credit. Product
will be despatched when it becomes available, or credit amount can be used with subsequent orders. Upon request, credit amount can be re-directed back into the customers preferred bank account –
email accounts@annabeltrends.com - Cash (Proforma) Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days from initial emailed notification.
- Annabel Trends reserves the right to terminate any account, should (Proforma) orders be continually cancelled.

For orders placed through your agent or our website – you will automatically receive email copies. Please check these orders and report any discrepancies immediately to your agent or sales@annabeltrends.com Orders placed are considered true and
rightful.
- Product not sent in an order due to availability will be supplied as a separate order if total is over $250 ex GST. With proforma accounts, order will be sent if over $250 and the money is on file. Otherwise, once available these products will be sent with next order, unless otherwise instructed.
- Applicable freight charges will be added
- If you do not wish to receive back orders, you must advise Annabel Trends in
writing.
- The customer is responsible for the entire shipment, as-is once the receipt of goods has been signed/accepted from a freight company. Any discrepancies should be noted on the bill of lading prior to accepting the delivery.
- Claims for faulty goods, shortages or errors in shipments must be made within seven (7) days of invoice date, in writing to your agent or sales@annabeltrends.com
- No returns for credit or replacement will be accepted without prior authorisation from Annabel Trends.
- Any claims/returns requested after the 7-day period are at the discretion of
Annabel Trends. - Sale stock is nonrefundable and cannot be returned due to change of mind.
- If Annabel Trends has agreed in writing to accept returned goods – these are to be in sellable condition and returned to our warehouse at the expense of the
applicant. Annabel Trends reserves the right to charge a handling/restocking fee of 5% of total goods returned. In short, please choose product carefully,
as we do not support CHANGE of MIND on product. - Photos
of faulty or damaged product may be required, prior to any claim being
processed. - Annabel Trends does not offer product for SALE OR RETURN (Consignment).
- All goods remain the property of Annabel Trends until paid for in full.
Annabel Trends is proud of its high product standards and unique design features. Our six-month warranty covers our products against defects in materials and
workmanship, this excludes general wear and tear, including but not limited to
scratches, dents, peeling paint and colour fading. It is at Annabel Trends
discretion to offer a suitable replacement if available or an exchange of equal
value (please note, shipping fees may be incurred by the customer).
To qualify for the six-month warranty, you must have purchased our product from a retailer within Australia or directly from our website.
AS PER THE GUIDELINES OF AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
- If the product was purchased within 30 days, we recommend you contact the retailer you purchased it from directly to assist.
- Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, this may assist with a speedy response to your claim.
