Shipping Information

Retail Customers:

QLD, NSW, NT, VIC, ACT, SA - $15 Flat Rate or Spend over $150 and get FREE shipping 

WA - $20 Flat Rate or spend over $150 and get FREE Shipping.


After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Annabel Trends containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Eparcel within 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at info@annabeltrends.com. Any order placed by you is in effect an offer by you to purchase a product for the total price (including delivery and other charges) specified in this website. Your contract with Annabel Trends will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order, your order has been accepted and your receipt has been confirmed.

Any order placed by you is in effect an offer by you to purchase a product for the total price (including delivery and other charges) specified in this website. Delivery is by our freight carrier. Freight is based on cost to Annabel Trends.

Wholesale Shipping Costs will be calculated at time of invoicing. Shipping costs showing on website checkout, is only an estimate. 

  •          Wholesale prices do not include GST.  10% GST applies on all products. Suggested RRP’s do include GST.
  •          Minimum order $300 + GST
  •          QLD/NSW/ACT/VIC – Most orders* over $1000 ex GST will be charged a flat shipping of $50 ex GST
  •          SA – Most orders over $1000* ex GST will be charged a flat shipping of $75 ex GST
  •          TAS/NT – Most orders*over $1000 ex GST will be charged a flat shipping of $100 ex GST
  •        Metro Perth - Most orders* over $1000 ex GST will be charged a flat shipping of $100 ex GST.  The following postcodes are included in the Metro Perth Region:  6000 – 6032/6036/6050-6083/6090-6112/6147-6160/6162-6172.
  •         WA – Country/Remote – Freight will be calculated at time of invoicing.  Once an order is placed, our Sales team will email a freight quote to you.  The order will automatically be sent to Dispatch after 24 hours, if we do not hear otherwise.
  • *Freight share costs may apply on large orders that require palletisation or on deliveries to remote locations. Please note freight is quoted to business addresses.  Home addresses may incur additional fees

    ·         Orders under $1000 ex GST will continue to be charged standard freight pricing.

    ·         Credit limits are at the discretion of Annabel Trends.

    ·         Prices, freight restrictions and minimum order amounts may be subject to change without notification

  • Please do not add your card details to your Shopify account. If a card is added/saved to your Shopify account, you will be charged merchant fees.

Due to ever rising bank merchant and transaction fees, Annabel Trends will be introducing credit card surcharges effective 01 May 2024:

  • Visa and Mastercard – 1%
  • American Express – 1.7%
    If you wish to avoid paying the credit card surcharges, you are able to direct debit the funds into our Bank Account. You find bank details on your invoice.
