Will sale items be restocked?
Limited stock is available and items will not be restocked once sold out. This is a clearance sale — when they're gone, they're gone! We strongly recommend adding items to your cart promptly to secure your order.
An item I wanted has sold out — what can I do?
Unfortunately sale items will not be restocked. If a product you love is no longer available in the sale, you may be able to find the full-price version in the main collection. Sign up to our email list to be first to know about future sales and new arrivals.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Please choose carefully. All items purchased during the Birthday Sale are final sale — they are not available for exchange, return, or refund. We recommend checking sizing, colour, and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
What if my sale item arrives damaged or faulty?
The no-return policy applies to change-of-mind purchases only. If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible on 07 5593 4755 or via our contact page. Faulty items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Do I get free shipping on sale orders?
Yes! Free shipping applies on orders over $150, even on sale items. Standard shipping rates apply for orders under this threshold. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
