 Job Title: Junior Office Admin

Location: Burleigh Heads

Work Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm)

Remuneration: In accordance with junior rates under the Clerks Private sector award

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Office Admin to
join our team . This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking
to kickstart their career in a professional business environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with daily data entry and document preparation.
  • Managing incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Supporting the team with filing, scanning, and general office tidying.
  • Using Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain office records.
  • Providing a "helping hand" wherever needed.

  • Tech Savvy: You have a fast and accurate typing speed and are comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Great Communicator: You have a professional phone manner and clear written skills.
